Sweeping sunset views complement the beautiful renovation of this luxury oceanfront Solana Beach residence. McCulley Design Lab transformed two separate and extremely dated 1BR+2BR beachfront condos into one stunning beachfront residence featuring a spacious master bedroom suite, plus three additional bedrooms and bathrooms.
Natural textures and light finishes add to the coastal environment of the project that included a complete renovation of the kitchen, living room and communal areas. The porcelain floor planks that run throughout the rooms create movement and are reminiscent of driftwood on a sandy beach. The horizontal wood grain of the modern cabinets establishes a sense of calm and mirrors the horizon of the ocean.
A plush area rug under the modern dining room table softens the porcelain tile, while in each room intentionally placed smooth vases remind the viewer of sea shells. This element of nature is also reflected in the gorgeous ocean-themed artwork hung on the soft white walls.
