Brixton Capital, a private commercial real estate investment firm with investments across the United States and Europe, engaged McCulley Design Lab to rename, rebrand and design a new sign program for Towngate Center, an outdated retail center located in Moreno Valley, CA. The scope of work included naming, identity design, environmental graphic design, wayfinding and signage design.
