Oceanside Collective is a commercial retail center located in Oceanside, California, a palm-lined community known for its beautiful marina, surf culture and vibrant arts scene. McCulley Design Lab was tapped to lead the architectural reimaging of the historic property, breathing new life into the space with an upgraded facade, color scheme, signage, mural and lighting. It was important that we paid respect to the original architecture, resurrected the tired buildings while retaining the coastal spirit of the designs.
Scope of work included exterior facade, signage design, lighting design, paint and art direction for murals. These design elements created an overall cohesive design while providing an engaging experience for tenants and an improved aesthetic for the surrounding community.
