McCulley Design Lab was engaged by Prospect Companies for the brand development, exterior imaging and interior design for their new active senior living resort residences in Palm Springs, CA. The property was originally occupied by an abandoned resort constructed in the late 1960’s which our firm helped transform into a vibrant new residential community.
Our scope of work encompassed the interior design and visual merchandising for the model units and all amenities, including the Clubhouse, El Cielito restaurant and bar, Pool Clubhouse, outdoor bar and lounge areas, a vibrant outdoor entertainment space, management offices and other communal areas.
McCulley Design Lab was also retained to consult on naming, brand identity and logo design, marketing collaterals, website design and resort signage design.
